Having already bought a bracelet previously, I was keen to order another item. The product itself is excellent however after swift transit to the UK, it hasn’t moved in 5 days and the tracking shows no further progress. Perhaps you should reassess your relationship with Yodel as this would prevent me recommending you to others.
I do understand this is beyond your control and am reluctant to give a negative review based on your logistics partner but it is all part of the overall service and the bottom line is that I have paid for goods that I have not received.
I have no regrets of my purchase certainly looking forward, purchasing more items in the near future, it was delivered on time for 150and exactly what timingI wanted.
