Shipping Info

GENERAL:
  • We provide free delivery on all orders.
  • You’ll be able to select delivery option and review delivery time for each option during the checkout.
  • Delivery time via express courier usually takes 2-5 work days. Orders placed using standard shipping may take slightly longer.
  • You will receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order so you’ll know exactly when your package is scheduled to arrive.

    DELIVERY TIME:
    In principle, all products are delivered within 2-5 working days. The delivery time for all domestic orders (whitin Slovenia) is 1-2 business days. The international delivery time is 6-12 business days. If your order value is over 100 EUR, then your package will be shipped by DHL EXPRESS (2-3 days). If your order value is below 100 EUR, then your package will be delivered by international country postal service (6-12 days). 

    FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS:
    All packages shipped out will be via a trackable method. Once our shipping company forwards the tracking number to us, we will send you the tracking number via email in return.
