Return & Refund Policy: PDP

• Return Policy: You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

• Shipping Refunds: Return shipping costs are covered only if the item is defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong product.

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the return is received and inspected.

Initiating a Return

2. Provide photos showing the item's condition.
3. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or Gift Credit according to your payment method.
